Open Door Security Products Upgrades

Suite icon If you are upgrading from a previous version of any of our security products to version 2.3, simply replace your old product with the new one. The upgrade will automatically use your previous settings. You will need to enter a new serial number within 30 days of the upgrade:
  • If you purchased an Open Door security product between August 28 and October 25, 2009, you are eligible for a free upgrade to version 2.3 of that product.
  • If you purchased any Open Door security product in 2009 through August 27, you are eligible for a discounted upgrade to version 2.3 of the full DoorStop X Security Suite.
  • You may also be eligible for a discounted price if you purchased a volume or site license previously; contact us to check.

If you qualify for a free or discounted upgrade, you should be receiving an email from us with details of how to download and install the new version. If you don't receive this email by November 15, or really want the full upgrade earlier, contact us. Alternately, or in the meantime, you can download and install the free evaluation version of the product from our Web site. Eval versions are fully functional and will run for 30 days before a serial number is required (which we'll send you by email).
