Open Door Security Products Upgrades

If you purchased an Open Door security product in 2007, you are eligible for a free upgrade to the new, Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5) version of that product. Details are below. You may also be eligible for a discounted price if you purchased a volume or site license previously; contact us for details. You can order here.

To upgrade from the DoorStop X Firewall, version 2.0, or the Who's There? Firewall Advisor, version 2.1, simply download the appropriate product from our Web site to the same machine the previous version was on. The new version will find and utilize your previous serial number.

If you purchased the eBook "Internet Security for Your Macintosh" in 2007, you will be receiving an email from us with details of how to download the new edition. If you don't receive this email by November 15, or really want the upgrade earlier, please contact us.

If you purchased the full DoorStop X Security Suite in 2007, you should also be receiving an email from us with details of how to download the new version. If you don't receive this email by November 15, or really want the full upgrade earlier, contact us. Alternately, or in the meantime, you can download and install the individual products as detailed above.
